Pricing & Packages

Email caz@healthytrail.com.au to arrange a complimentary and obligation free chat where I can answer any questions you may have and help you better understand the coaching process. You can then decide whether working with me, is the right fit for you.

Coaching sessions are held via two methods:

  1. Online via zoom or phone
  2. “Walk n Talk” in person to get you moving. Only available in Maribyrnong area. (Note – currently unavailable due to COVID-19 restrictions)

Package Options and Inclusions

Book single sessions as you need them or save a few dollars and commit to the change process by booking a multi session pack.

Initial Session – $100

  • 1:1 Session (75min)
  • A detailed Wellbeing Assessment Questionnaire will be emailed to you for completion and returned to me for review prior to our initial session.
  • During the session we go through the questionnaire and your areas of concern.
  • We discuss your goals and why change is important to you. We identify barriers and challenges, your values and long term vision.
  • We look at your lifestyle in a holistic way and develop a personalised action plan that you can confidentially take away, feeling motivated and inspired to implement, so that you can start being and feeling your best self.

Follow up session/s – $90

  • 1 x 1:1 Session (60min)
  • After having an initial session, follow up sessions are available at any time, to review progress, discuss any new barriers/challenges that may have arisen, re-evaluate goals and update your action plan to help you stay on track, focused and motivated so that you can keep moving forward with confidence.

3 Session “Motivate for Change” – $250

  • 3 x 1:1 sessions (60min each)
  • After having an initial session, this 3 session pack is designed to motivate you for change, by committing to the process and actively taking steps towards achieving a desired goal, with ongoing guidance, support and accountability.
  • Sessions are weekly or fortnightly to help you stay accountable and on track
  • We review your previous action plan and discuss what worked or didn’t work as well as any new challenges that may have arisen. We celebrate successes!
  • We re-evaluate your goals and update your action plan as necessary, so that you can confidently continue taking steps forward towards achieving desired goals.
  • Tools, templates and resources will be provided when needed or requested.
  • Email and phone support is available in between sessions for the duration of the program to help you stay accountable and on track.

 6 Session “Committed to Change” – $470

  • 6 x 1:1 sessions (60min each)
  • After having an initial session, this 6 session pack is designed for you to commit to the change process, as long term sustainable change takes time to ingrain and ongoing support and accountability is often needed.
  • Sessions are weekly or fortnightly to help you stay accountable and on track
  • We review your previous action plan and discuss what worked or didn’t work as well as any new challenges that may have arisen. We celebrate successes!
  • We re-evaluate your goals and update your action plan as necessary, so that you can confidently continue taking steps forward towards achieving desired goals.
  • Tools, templates and resources will be provided when needed or requested.
  • Email and phone support is available in between sessions for the duration of the program to help you stay accountable and on track.
